At ZIQAR MANAGEMENT, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we handle your information when you use our management application. We do not collect any personal data. The app only requires storage permission to let you save invoices and data locally on your device.
We collect absolutely no personal information. Our application operates entirely offline by default. The only permission we request is storage access, which is used exclusively to:
We do not have access to your files, contacts, location, or any other sensitive data. All information you enter remains solely on your device. We never transmit, sell, or share any user data because we simply do not collect it.
Since we collect nothing, there is no information to use. The app simply provides you with tools to manage your business locally. You are in full control.
All data is stored locally on your device using your device’s internal storage. You may choose to create manual backups (export/import), which remain under your control. We recommend keeping your device secure with a PIN or biometric lock. No data leaves your device unless you explicitly share a file (e.g., sending an invoice via email or WhatsApp – that file is generated locally and shared through your chosen app).
The app does not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Optional sharing features (like sending an invoice PDF via WhatsApp) rely on your device’s native share sheet – the app itself does not send data to any server. No third party receives your information through our app.
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete from our side. You can delete any of your business data directly within the app at any time. To fully remove all data, simply uninstall the application.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children – in fact, we don't collect information from anyone.
If we ever need to update this policy (for example, to reflect a new permission), we will post the revised version here and update the "Last Updated" date. Any changes will be minor and will continue to reflect our commitment to not collecting personal data.
